If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at that price, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our site, but delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the carrier has accepted the shipment, though we will assist in tracking and claims where possible.

Our return policy is outlined separately on our Returns page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in that policy. Returns are accepted within the timeframe and conditions specified, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
We do not accept returns on final sale items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
